Steel
Flux Design is capable of fabrication with virtually all grades of steel.
We specialize in the highest quality cold rolled steel. Our philosophy is
to ensure beauty and durability. As a custom design firm, our projects are
limited productions – all welds are full contact welds, not tack welds.
The majority of our steel fabrication takes place in our own 20,000 square
foot facility, to further ensure quality control.

Plastics
We use many plastics in our fixtures. There is a wide range of plastics
available in today’s marketplace. We are constantly researching and
testing materials, in order to ensure quality and maintain our creative
concerns. All of the materials that we incorporate are not only aesthetic
choices but also functional decisions.
- polycarbonate
- polypropelyne
- 3form
- acrylic

Wood
Flux Design uses solid wood materials when ever possible. We do not use
particleboards or laminates. For strength and aesthetic concerns, we often
use high-end ply woods – including [but not limited to] apple-ply
and Baltic birch.
